Card Description Overview

In this game for couples, you’ll dive into the depths of your relationship while having a blast. You’ll have four piles of cards to help you along the way:

Reward Cards: These are the sweet, sweet prizes you’ll earn if you win. Choose wisely.

Action Cards: You’ll always have three of these bad boys in your hand. Play 1 of these first before answering 1 Conversation Card in your hand. (exceptions are the Play Veto card which you can use whenever you see fit, and the Wild Surprise card which replaces answering a Conversation Card)

• Wild Surprise: Draw a Wild Card for actionable surprises to your conversation. (Add hilarity or spice to the game that leave both of you scoring)
• Play Veto: Cancel your partner’s action card, rendering it null for the remainder of the round. (Can be used immediately without waiting your turn!)
• Card Exchange: Swap one Conversation Card with your partner without peeking. (Take your chances to see if you can get one with more points!)
• Double Points: Earn double points for the next question you answer. (Use in tandem with a Conversation Card in your hand)
• Mirror Game: Both players answer the same Conversation Card and gain the number of points on the card. (Useful for questions you want your partner to answer too)
• Sneak Peek: Peek at the top three Conversation Cards from the deck and choose one to answer. (Don’t like any cards in your hand? These are helpful and MAY score more points)
• Switch Seats: Your partner answers the Conversation Card you play but you get the points. (Could be used for those uncomfortable questions you just don’t want to answer)
• Take a Breather: Allows you to skip answering your chosen Conversation Card but still gain its points. (Oh how convenient ey?)
• Trash Turnaround: Dive into the trash pile and rescue an Action Card you can use. (Grab that trashed card and use it to your advantage)

Wild Cards: These bring spontaneity and excitement. (5-8 point value) Use ’em when you draw a “Wild Card” from the Action Card Deck.

Conversation Cards: These are the meat and potatoes of the game, (1-4 point value). You answer 1 of these cards in your hand per turn (unless you play an Action Card: Wild Surprise – which replaces needing to answer a Conversation Card). They’re sorted into four categories:

• Journey of Discovery: Dive into your journey as a couple.
• Thanksgiving & Gratitude: Get mushy and thankful together.
• Building Dreams Together: Dream big and plan your future.
• Conquering Life’s Challenges: Face life’s curveballs head-on.

Now, let’s get down to business!
